Terms & conditions

Before placing an order, if you have any queries please read my FAQ’s pages. If you have any other questions relating to these terms & conditions, please email support@angelakerr.co.uk. These terms & conditions are updated from time to time without notice to my customers.

Ordering

Orders may be placed on the website and paid for by credit or debit card.
Orders can be taken by phone or post but please be aware that in this instance we can only accept payment via a cheque.
Confirmation of order will be made by e-mail/ post to the customer.

Prices

The price shall be the price stipulated at the time of sale and may vary from time to time depending on available materials and trading conditions.
Prices may vary from those shown when discounts and special offers are given by angelakerr.co.uk. Details in full will be clearly shown on all occasions when this applies.

Payment Details

Orders are only accepted with payment in full.
Orders may be placed either by credit/debit card via the website. Telephone orders must be paid by cheque/postal order made payable to ‘Angela Kerr’.

Payments via our online shopping cart are processed securely by ProtX payment service provider at the time of ordering. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the card issuer does not authorize payment, we will not process the order.

Product Details

We try to display as accurately as possible the goods that appear on our website. However, we cannot guarantee that the true colour of gem stones and other materials will be represented accurately as the colours that you see depend on your monitor's display and other factors beyond our control. All sizes and measurements given are as accurate as possible.

International Orders

Unfortunately we are unable to take international orders and will only accept orders placed from within the UK, using a UK registered form of payment.

Customs, Excises and Taxes

Please note that you are responsible for your country's customs declarations, duties, excises and taxes. If your country applies these taxes and/or excises, it is your responsibility to be aware of them in advance. Customs clearance can take from a few hours to a few days - please take this into account when ordering.

Errors

Any errors in the ordering process must be reported to angelakerr.co.uk as soon as possible so that they may be rectified.
