How do I order?
To make an order, simply browse through our online store using the main left hand side menu, and when you find a product that you would like to purchase, simply click on the picture to be taken to the individual product page where you can set any options that may be required (colour, quantity etc.) . Once you have made your choices, press the 'add to basket' icon.
Your product will then be added to the shopping basket. You may then continue to browse in the same way, adding to your basket as you go. When you have finished shopping, click on the 'view basket' option at the top right hand side of your screen, and you will be taken to the shopping basket page.
Review your choice, changing quantities if necessary. When you are ready to pay, press the 'place order' button.
You will then be taken through a series of pages, where you are required to enter the required information relating to your order. At the point at which you must enter your credit card information, you will be taken to a secure area on our server for extra security.
Your credit card details will then be sent straight to our online server for processing, and an email will be sent to you to confirm your order. Please allow up to eight weeks for delivery of bespoke items.

How do I pay?
You can pay securely with your credit or debit card - simply enter your card information on the payments page at checkout. Alternatively you can make a telephone order and pay by caredit card or by cheque made out to “Angela Kerr Designer Jeweller” to Angela Kerr Designer Jeweller, Uned 3 & 3a, Parc Glynllifon, Ffordd Clynnog, Caernarfon, Gwyned, UK, LL54 5DY.
How do I place an order via telephone?

How much is delivery?
Everything is sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery and is insured for the full cost of your jewellery. We choose to use this service as opposed to first class post because we are able to send out another set of jewellery to you at no extra charge should your parcel go missing in transit. This saves time and money for you as a customer and is well worth the extra cost. We will then make a claim to the Post Office for the missing goods at no disruption to you.
The Cost of this service depends on the order amount, parcel size, weight and delivery destination but varies between £4.95 and £6.95.
Orders over £150 receive Free Postage within the UK and Northern Ireland.
How long before my jewellery is delivered?
Most orders are posted out within 48 hours for ‘in stock’ items, but customers will be advised when this is not possible.
During our busiest period from February through to July, please allow from six to eight weeks for made to order items. It's a good idea to have your hair accessories for your hair trial or to try at a dress fitting, so please bear this in mind when ordering. Please contact us directly if you require a rush order.
All orders are sent via royal mail special delivery and will need to be signed for upon arrival. We will happily send to another address or workplace to make sure that someone is in.
Below is an indication of approximately how long delivery will take to your area after dispatch:

Do you accept international orders?
We accept international orders from Europe and USA but you must contact us first so that we can advise you of postage costs. Payment from outside the UK is via PAYPAL only.
What if my order is urgent?
If your order is genuinely urgent, please contact us and we will let you know if we can help - we usually can.
What is your privacy policy?
When an order is placed, we ask for the following information:
- Name
- Email Address
- Billing Address
- Delivery address
- Telephone Number
This data is only used to help process your order, and notify you of any important changes. We will not forward any of your personal information to other companies for marketing purposes, and we will never share your email address with anyone.
How is my jewellery made?
Angela Kerr tiaras, hairpins, cake jewellery and jewellery are all made in sterling silver by Angela Kerr- Evans B A Hons, using the traditional silversmithing techniques of soldering and hand finishing, meaning each piece of jewellery is an individual commission.
Can I order a different size/colour/stone?
As the majority of our pieces are individual commissions made to order, we can completely tailor each piece to your individual requirements. Elements such as height and length, the type or colour of stone/ crystal/ pearl used can be changed at no extra cost. All colour size options can be set on the products page for the item you would like before adding to basket.

Ready produced and ‘one-off’ items cannot be changed.
Can I request a colour sample?
Yes, please contact us to enquire about samples. We only send out two colours free of charge but more colours can be purchased if necessary. We will also happily match a material sample for you if you prefer.
How should I care for my jewellery?

Can you make my tiara/ cake jewellery into something else after my wedding?
Yes, this is a service we offer. Angela can transform your tiara/ cake jewellery into a stunning item of bespoke jewellery so that the piece you wore on your wedding day can be worn any time - or all the time. The cost of the service is between 20% - 40% of the value of your original piece plus postage and packaging costs.

Do you have a shop?
Angela Kerr works from a studio near Caernarfon in North Wales (see contact details above). You are welcome to visit and browse the gallery but please telephone first to make an appointment.

Can you gift wrap my order?
All items come beautifully packaged in our own specially designed Angela Kerr boxes. If you require additional gift wrapping with paper and ribbon, we can arrange this for a small extra charge of £3.50. Please select the appropriate box on the checkout page.
What about special offers and discounts?
All discounts are automatically applied when you add items to the cart. Any promotional discount codes should be entered in the voucher field on the first page of the shopping cart.
What if I'm not happy with my order, or I want to try something else?
We want to ensure you are completely happy with your order - we pride ourselves on excellent customer service, and we realise it's sometimes difficult to make the right decision first time.
We would suggest that you e-mail us at info@angelakerr.co.uk for a list of exhibition dates or to make an appointment at the studio to view the collections before ordering as we are unable to refund made to order goods unless they are faulty.
Ready made items can of course be returned for a refund within 7days of receipt.
Can I return my jewellery for a refund?
Angelakerr.co.uk operates a no quibbles refund policy if the goods are returned within 7 days. If goods are returned in this time in their original condition, the customer will receive a full refund within 30 days.
Postage and packing costs are non-refundable, except when the wrong goods are sent out by us. This does not apply to bespoke goods i.e. goods that have been specially made to a customer’s request. Bespoke items which have been made to your specifications are refundable only if there is a fault with the item. In this case, items for refund must be returned within seven days of receipt in their original packaging and condition, and before your wedding day. After seven days we can offer only an exchange of goods, for a period of 30 days after purchase.
We cannot be held responsible for packages lost or damaged on return. It is recommended that any returns are sent with adequate packing and insurance to cover damage or loss.
If goods are returned after 7 days have elapsed we are only able to offer an exchange.
The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 entitles customers to cancel an order within 7 working days of receipt of goods. Should you wish to cancel your order and return the goods you may do so but the goods must be returned at your own expense in the condition you received them. They should be returned with adequate packing and insurance to cover damage or loss. Upon satisfactory and timely receipt we will refund any monies within 30 days.
This does not apply to bespoke goods i.e. goods that have been specially made to a customer’s request.e returned/ exchanged within reason and within our returns policy.
What if my jewellery needs repairing?
Simply return it to us by Royal Mail Special Delivery and we will contact you by return with further details of the repair and any costs involved
Do you deliver worldwide?
Yes, we deliver anywhere in the world although the order must be placed and paid for from within the UK, Europe or USA.
