How to Order

Ordering an item tailored to suit you is easy. Simply place your order in confidence and Angela will contact you by return to help you decide on the colour and fitting choices for your jewellery. For delivery and returns details see the bottom of this page. For other queries see our FAQ's

Making sure your jewellery is perfectly suited to you is a priority for Angela, so please consider the following points for each product you have bought as well as any other changes/ additions you might like.

Read Angela's advice page for help in choosing your style. You can also look for the 'how to wear' key showing you how the particular decoration should be worn, seen below:

Hair Decorations:

  1. Colours: Match your colours to the crystals and/ or pearls in the colour chart
  2. Hair Fitting: Would you like a Comb, Hair Pin, Tiara Band or Alice Band. Available fittings are shown with the below key:

             Hair Comb Hair Pin Tiara or Crown Base Alice Band

Jewellery:

  1. Colours: Match your colours to the crystals and/ or pearls in the colour chart
  2. Necklaces: What length would you like? Either 16, 18 or 20 inches.
  3. Earrings: Would you like an Ear Wire, Stud or Ear Screw? Available fittings are shown with the below key:

Sparkling Cakes:

  1. Colours: Match your colours to the crystals and/ or pearls in the colour chart 

You may also like to mention any other alterations you would like such as size or the amount of crystals/ pearls. Angela will always try to accomodate your decisions no matter how big or small.

Angela will be able to discuss your options with you and offer valuable advice which will help you make a decision.

 

Delivery

All items are dispatched via Royal Mail Special Delivery. This service is insured for the full cost of your jewellery and should it be lost in transit i can therefore send out another set as soon as possible with no extra charge to you.

A final price is given before final checkout.

The majority of items are made to order so please allow up to 8 weeks for orders including hair decorations and 3 weeks for jewellery orders for delivery. This is a guideline figure based on my busiest periods, but please contact me on 01286 830839 if you need a rush service. I will do everything I can to help, but you will need to tell me your target date in advance, and i will give you an honest assessment of whether i can meet your deadline.

For non-urgent orders, I will contact you if there is an excessive delay with the despatch of your goods. However, we will always make sure that your order arrives well in advance of your wedding or other special occasion.

 

Returns

Made to Order Items:

Nearly all our items are made to order. They include anything which is made specifically to your requirements, e.g. In a colour, length or size you have specified to us when placing the order.

Bespoke items which have been made to your specifications are refundable only if there is a fault with the item. In this case, items for refund must be returned within seven days of receipt in their original packaging and condition, and before your wedding day. After seven days we can offer only an exchange of goods, for a period of 30 days after purchase.

Postage and packing costs are non-refundable, except when the wrong goods are sent out by us.

Ready Made Pieces:

Ready made pieces are goods such as those from the 'one of a kind' department which have been pre-made and are available for immediate sale.

Angelakerr.co.uk operates a no quibbles refund policy for ready made goods returned within 7 days. If goods are returned in this time in their original condition, the customer will receive a full refund within 30 days. 

We cannot be held responsible for packages lost or damaged on return. It is recommended that any returns are sent with adequate packing and insurance to cover damage or loss.

If goods are returned after 7 days have elapsed we are only able to offer an exchange.
